December 2021 - Citizenship Applicants

Calling IRCC agent will be waste of time. They can see only what you can see and you will get a standard answer that total processing time is 2 years. If you are in Vancouver’s office than May God help us. My application is in similar office. I applied online but my Kids application are paper based still in BG verification. God know what they are verifying for a 11 year old kid.

I have passed my test on 7th Sep and all checks were OK on 12th Oct. but still no oath invite.
Surprisingly my wife became a citizen on 21 November.

I have written this to my MP. Let’s see what response I get.

I completed the test on august 22, got everything completed last week. Give it 2-4 weeks for the next updates.

Ohh I didn't notice that. I could see my own signature, but others could not. It may have to do something with the privacy settings. I will take a look at that later. Here is my signature for your info

Is anyone else in the same situation, I recall applying a year back and the processing time was ~14 months now it's closer to 2 years. Not sure if I should take any action or it's a waiting game. Concerned because background check is in progress, looking at this forum most people have some update atleast on that.
