I also have travel plans and need the certificate asap. My oath ceremony is virtual on Feb 9th. Did you let them know during the oath ceremony about the urgency of certificate?

Nope no update. Sent multiple web forma but got the classic reply that your application is being processed

My timeline is similar to yours(Vancouver office). Everything completed on Oct 14. No update since except the ghost update on Dec 16.

I’m in the same boat. My application is also being processed at Vancouver office ( applied online from Calgary). Everything was marked completed on Oct 12 and no update since then. I have an international trip planned in January so hopefully there is some update.
