I wasn't notified that it had been moved but when I enquired about my status I received an email back from Vienna. This was around December 17th.
yeah you are right my file also moved to vienna because recently my pre arrival and biometric fee request sent from vienna

How long did they take to reply back? My rep emailed them on Dec 7th 2021. No reply yet from them. Been more than a month and a half.
My husband got his biometric last week after submitting his medical back in May 2021. He has already submitted a notarized oath document stating that he won't be bringing his children from his first marriage and his ex wife has full custody of there children. Still IRCC sent us a letter asking for the children's medical again. could anyone help us on this. why did we get the letter though we have provided all documents according to the IRCC requirements.
thank you for the link I have been through it already. the problem here is that we have already submitted all the required documents including a notarized affidavit stating that my husband has no intentions of sponsoring his children from his first marriage in the future as per IRCC requirements at the same time my husband did his medical back in May 2021
You could try this webform IRCC Webform (cic.gc.ca) .. not sure if it will work but I used it for my sons citizenship certificate as they had some of his information wrong.
