Hello Everyone, We are Jan 2021 outland applicant.
Sponsor's approval in October
Medical done in October
Biometrics in October
Pre arrival letter in Nov
and Ecas status changed to decision made on Nov 18
however no passport request
Can someone tell us how long it will take for us to receive passport request
What can we do if we dont hear CIC. Thanks

This can really vary depending on the visa office. For example, my husband's VO was Paris. He had his interview on June 30 and received his PPR on July 2.

I believe the VO is Ottawa because the pre arrival letter came from: CPC-Ottawa, NHQ - Centralized Processing Region
Can someone pls give some information on how the process works

secondary off- new delhi
where is my file right now ???

2) location- OVS APR pending items means??

3) application has been referred to mission for further review means??

Hello Everyone, it has been a year now since our application has been received and we still haven't heard anything since he passed the medical at the end of March 2021. We came to Canada a few months ago hoping my husbands visa would have arrived by now. Now his visitors visa is coming to an end and we are starting to get worried about how long this process will take. Any suggestions on how to check your application, other than your GCKEY account. - Feb 25th Biometrics instruction letter
- Mar 1st Sponsor Approval
- Mar 1st File transferred to New York Visa Office
- August 28th Medical request
-August 28th Invite to pre-arrival services.
-Medicals Completed October 28th
-Medicals passed November 11th

Our MP said all stages were passed when they inquired December 15th and that our application is in queue for final review by a visa officer, aside from that we've had radio silence.

Anybody have any clue how much longer we may have to wait?

My case got moved from London VO to Vienna VO and everything progressed very quickly.
