I think Biometrics passed is same as biometrics completed

Just noticed one thing when you go for check application status, worried after looking at this , its shows finalizing application from May 2019

Biometrics should be at the bottom in the application information box. If it’s there that’s fine.

What country is your PA from? I see you were able to get the VO in Ottawa?

I received AOR on Feb 11 2021 but still waiting for SA, Bio and Medical. Is somebody in the same situation ? And usually how do IMM sent the SA by email ??

Same here , I called IRCC yesterday and Agent said that my primary VO is Ottawa and Secondary is Mississauga and PA is from India.

do i get an email when it’s passed?

No I don't think so. I linked my application to GCkey and saw that it was received the same day my husband gave them. No email or alert anywhere else.
