It doesn’t make sense but there is nothing we can do. Just be patient and relax, this whole process isn’t easy.I've seen some january applicants are already getting their AOR.

It means you just take your passport and come to Canada... lo!!!People who got their AOR. What email did you use?
also if you get AOR. Does that mean your application has no mistake and your primary applicant is able to come to canada and you’re good?
You know what i meant -_-... i’m not that stupidIt means you just take your passport and come to Canada... lo!!!
Just a little time to read the forum and it will help.
Nothing is certain until your passport is stamped and returned to you. AOR1, Medical, AOR2, SA, Pre-Arrival Letter, DM... none of these guarantee you're done because you can be called in for additional documents or interview at any point. this process will test your patience, just ensure whatever is in your control, do it properlyPeople who got their AOR. CongratsI am sponsoring my wife, sent file in December End , just got Biometric Collection letter with Applications number today .
Mine was received December 18 and nothing... I'm really worried I will be one of those waiting 8 months for AOR or maybe my application will be returned. I don't know why, but I always feel like I have the worst luck. I really just feel like crying when I see so many December applicants getting AOR. I honestly do feel like there is an unfair process when they open these applications. Where is your PA from? Mine is Tunisia.7 people after my Dec 21 2020 received already got their AOR? And nothing for me yet? And all the PA country is india
I think they are prioritizing India
Yes, even in our case we have received the biometrics and medical request concurrently. You may need to book an appointment for biometrics as well as medical so do keep that in mind prior to making your travel plans. My Sponsor just received an email with AOR, and upon checking my own email I have a request for Biometrics. After reading about the massive delays I was not expecting to hear anything back for ages! So its all very exciting.
I've updated the spreadsheet and have been checking booking times for a Biometrics appointment. I noticed that a few people from Nov/Dec 2020 Outland on the spreadsheet have received their Biometrics request and medical request a few days after one another. Is this normal?
I have to travel to London (UK) to give my Biometics, does anyone have any thoughts on waiting until the end of the week to see whether I get a medical request? I would have to do my medical in London, and due to travel time and costs, I would prefer to get them both out-of-the-way in one go.
Does anyone know whether delaying the Biometrics holds up the whole process?
Cheers!
I cannot comment on citizenship application as I am not familiar with this process. However, are you saying that you are able to view your sponsor’s application on your web portal? If so, how did you link it to the online web account? The AOR1 provides you with an application number which usually makes this possible. I might be missing some information here.GUYS!!!! I take everything back!!!!!!
I went to check the status of my citizenship application and both the sponsorship and my citizenship show up....
It says my husbands application is in in process....
does this mean we have AOR???
I'm in tears right now... tears!!!
