Tracker update.
Got an update today. All my tracker categories now is COMPLETED except Citizenship ceremony " Not started "
They requested my passport pages on August 29th and I sent them and I just got the update now.. on November 2nd.
Now just waiting for my ceremony.

So I didn't send scans, they needed the actual photocopies sent by post mail.. Not the original passport though, only colour photocopies of my passport pages, even the blank ones, with translations of anything not in English of course. I think that was for the physical presence confirmation. Scarborough, ON processing office.

it happened to me, i applied for US visa, i got denied, the interviewer LITERALLY told me, today i am not in a mood, come in two days i will issue you the visa.
i applied in two days and same guy issued me the visa.

I know the State Department has no obligation to explain the beneficiary why the visa was refused but I'm sure the consular official has to write an internal note on any adverse actions like this.

Which consular post was this? And what was the visa type?

hello, how did you know the decision is made? will they send you regular mail notifying you of the decision or will it be via email?

Decision made is the status on the old system. The new system just shows everything, except Citizenship ceremony, as complete when the application is in decision made status.

You only receive an email a few days before the ceremony with instructions.

Hi all, for some reason my entry on the google docs chart is completely out of whack. It looks like somebody reshuffled things on it, I tried going back a few versions of the document and the last time it shows all entries correct is October 30, 8:12pm, changes made my anonymous users.

The next update at 8:45 pm again by all anonymous users seems to have reshuffled everything. For example, my entry (snesmi) got mixed up with (sg02). It looks like whoever made the change sorted everything but the IDs and now all the IDs are incorrect. I thought I would bring it to everyone's attention before we add much more information to the December tab.

Apart from that no news on my end. My husband passed the test on Jun 11, and got checkmarks on everything else on Jun 29, I took the test on Sept 13, received confirmation on Sep 20 and absolute silence since than. I requested Urgent Processing right after we sent the family application in and in talking to agents on the phone it seems to be accepted and going faster but no movement. My position requires for me to be a citizen to extend it after the 1-year term ending March 31, so fingers and toes crossed it all works out. Not sure if I should send them another request, or just wait some more...

I noticed the same problem with the spreadsheet. In my case all the information had been removed. Someone added it back, but I see a lot of incorrect entries there.

You could send an email to the same address they used to send your test invite to request for urgent processing one more time. That's usua;;y the email they ask you to send the passport copies. Make sure you attach proof about why you need the urgent processing to the email.

did you have to translate any of the stamps in your passport?, also do you have to send travel stamps before and after citizenship application or just the ones prior to your application?...

a more general question, some of us might be in same status as me....where i would complete 5 years in Canada on PR in early 2022....and looking at delays on previous month applicants am not so optimistic that some of us would get our application processed in 12-15 months. And considering the renewal of PR card is also 100 plus days ....do people in similar status plan to apply for PR card sometime in early 2022if you don't hear about the decision? (my main reason is a probability of travel for work/personal) OR am overthinking for corner cases lol
