Today i received Criminal record check for my wife from IRCC. I am confused that my wife never ever enter Canada then how can I provide RCMP Criminal record check of my wife. Your help is greatly appreciated as always.

IRCC can request PCCs for any country for any individual If you cannot obtain the RCMP check, inform IRCC via webform.

Thanks for replying . Can you please suggest any appropriate documentation I can provide them. Along with explanation of why It cannot be obtained. And also would it be sufficient if we just give them explanation i.e my spouse has never been to Canada and due to this she is not eligible to get RCMP Criminal Record Check Thanks again

I got mine after a 2 month wait but I've seen others who've ordered after me get theirs earlier than I did. If you ordered via a third party you can try dropping them a line but there's not much they can do either. You'll just have to wait.

After a 2 month wait, was it that your application was far advanced? Maybe that could account for the delay?

No idea why it was delayed. My file hasn't been worked on since it was transferred to my LVO in February. Eligibility still not started

People are getting PPR in two months and we are struggling to get GCMS notes on that time, should i laugh or cry

Hello. Send them an email. But 3days delay isn’t a big deal. Mine was 45days that’s 2weeks delay. Normally it’s 30days and I’ve heard folks got their earlier.

How far ahead is my application? Does the security check take a long time? Thank you in advance!

Hi. You should be less worried because yours is damn fast. My AOR is Nov 2020. My eligibility says not started. Since my file got to my LVO in Accra Ghana early this year they’ve not touched it at all. Folks might say you lucky but I say you blessed

Now I’m really to waste money for another medical assessment.

Everything passed since 25th Feb 2021, except security. VO too CPC-Ottawa. Is your Secondary VO CIC-Sydney ?
