My Aor is dec,2020. I have given work reference letter as per IRCC requirements. As my salary was cash i have attached salary certificate dated on feb 19 two weeks after i left the job. Will the back date of my salary certificate be an issue or it is ok?any expert comment? @legalfalcon

Should not be. If you paid any taxes, or if the cash was submitted in your bank, you can include the income tax documents and the bank deposit details as well.

No I haven't added tax documents and those cash i usually didn't deposited in banks regularly for that job..For my 1st company(5 yrs work ex) i added reference letter with all details, cash payment slips and salary certificate signed and stamped. I have only included the tax certificate for the latest year with 2nd company(1.5 yr work ex).. Won't that be enough?

For foreign work experience, only the work reference letter is all that IRCC requires. Any additional documents can be added to support the work reference, which is entirely your choice.

IRCC can ask for additional documents if required.

Let you know what? They barely process any PNP now. Don’t wait for any good news.
Order GCMS to know exactly when your application was touched last time.

@legalfalcon my brother lives in Canada, i claimed his 'sibling points'. He has moved to a new address now, do I need to update IRCC about his new address?

Hi everyone
I am a CEC applicant (inland) with a dependent (spouse outland).

AoR - Dec 18, 2020

Medical Passed - Jan 21, 2020

I got a GU on Monday and called IRCC yesterday (5/18), I was told by the agent that except for Background check all other items have been passed. I was satisfied with the progress on my application.

Out of nowhere, I received a message from IRCC asking for "Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E)" for my Spouse. They have asked me to submit the same in 30 days.

With the ongoing lockdown in India, I am not sure if medical test appointments can be obtained and completed.

my questions are

1) Is it normal to get asked for Medical examination again (especially after marking it as completed already).

2) What should I do if I am unable to get my Spouse the medical appointment. Use webform to inform them of the delay?

Any additional information/direction will be much appreciated.

Hi , Did you do the medical exam again.? I am also in the same situation. I already did an upfront medical test for my spouse and son back in india. Now IRCC is again asking for medical test for them. Not sure if i have to resend the emedical acknowledgement that i got earlier or do a new medical test.
Can you please share what you did .?
Thanks.
Gopi.

If you have submitted the application, there is no need to update any address. Only if you change your country of residence, you have to inform IRCC.

what is your AOR and pre medical date? If you get re-medical request then sure go ahead they are going to issue copr after getting medical with more validity. In India no lockdown here, you can get appointment for medical.
