If everything is passed, specially eligibility, you do not have to worry at all.

Check if your eligibility is conclusively passed or just passed by an analyst or assistant. See my previous post for guidance #4,004

If your eligibility is conclusively passed, then most likely your application has been placed on hold and this is why your security has not been initiated.

Also, check under Admissibilities ---- Security ---- Activities. If you see any activities then your security has been initiated, even though not updated in the assessment summary on pg 2.
Hi @legalfalcon ,
We have completed 6 months time line and looks like officer hasn't touched our file since Mar'21 after case analyst recommendation. Could you suggest if there is a way that we can expedite the process. In this forum, I am not seeing any one who has received PPR from VO Edmonton. Are they working on applications, any information is appreciated.

What stream are you? CEC, fsw(outland/inland)?

There is a clear prioritization for inland applicants (quite understandably) as they do not have travel restrictions. So, PNP-O applications might take longer.

Yes you are right, but now scenario going to change, in last few days some FSW-O and PNP-O get PPR requests, if everything going to be right we will see very soon bulk PPR's for outsiders also.

Can you share the link where they got it? FSW-O

There is no way to expedite the process. Also, the 6 months time line starts from the day when your R10 is passed and not when you submit it.

Further, for all applications even pre-COVID the processing time was 6-9 months, which has drastically gone up post COVID.

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.

Data is operational and as such should be considered preliminary and subject to change.

All I see is CEC or pnp inland

There are filters you can filter just PPR status between last week to today and you can find the outlanders who recently get PPR's. I didn't know how to share a scree short otherwise I will share here.

Yep. Differs case to case. Their general claim is PNP-O takes an "average" of 9 months. On top of that, my daughter is autistic, so her file would require multiple reviews (if they have touched hers yet). So I'm looking at a minimum of 12 months wait (AOR on 12/12/20)

And all that is without considering COVID into account. Just hope when normalcy resumes in Canada, the processing picks up pace.

When did you apply for GCMS notes? My timeline is same as yours. I am confused whether to request GMSC notes OR NOT.
