Hi all,

I had applied for GCMS Notes (from CBSA) on 16.03.2021 and got the same on 14.04.2021.

Details:
Express Entry FSWP(O)
AOR: 16.12.2020
Biometrics submitted: 08.03.2021
MEC Passed: 20.01.2021
Primary Office: New Delhi
Secondary Office: Centralized Intake Office

Status:
Medicals: Passed
Info. sharing: Complete
Criminality: Passed
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started

The entire GCMS Report is 95 pages long with a lot of redundant information which can be quite confusing.

@legalfalcon can you please throw some light on the following:
1. The information provided is as on what date? I mean, is the status as on the day they receive the application (around 16-18th March) or is closer to the date they send the report?
2. The Notes section contained 2 entries, where the first entry by the agent had: "NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Pass Criminality"
The second entry in the notes, entered by the agent after a few minutes said: "NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Review Required"
However, under the main "Assessments" section, the status for Criminality shows as Passed. Should I be worried about this?

Also, what would be your informed guess/guesstimate for PR issue for FSWP (O) candidates with Dec 2020 AOR, @legalfalcon and @Bacelor ?

Update: The info in the report is as on 26.03.2021.

Eligibility: Not started
Security : Not started
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Criminality: Passed

Update
Received GU this morning, and called IRCC.
Eligibility has passed on yesterday.
Security is still not start.

1. See the date of generation listed on the bottom of each page. It is as on this date how your application looks like is captured in the GCMS notes.

2. This is normal. Criminality is based on your PCC and the biometrics you provide.

FSW Outland, AOR December 9th.

Most recent update was passing the medical exam two months ago. Biometrics submitted about a month ago.

Eligibility:

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Background check

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I'm kind of skeptical of the whole GCMS thing. Does it really help your case, or is it just another progress bar to stare at?

I believe most of members here are those getting AOR in Dec 2020

I think GCMS will only help to know the current application status, nothing else.
