I discovered that the percentage changed for me. It was 19% and then became 20%. No idea what it means but I think it’s too early to make any conclusions..
Progress bar only counts up the time elapsed from the date of an AOR up to date in a 6 months target period.
In other words a use less stopwatch. An applicant can get his/her application approved way ahead or beyond the targeted timeframe.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask if anyone still have not had any update since AOR. It's been over a month and still have not had the process bar appear. Is anyone else in the same situation as myself?
Almost the same as you

MEP/BM - passed Jan 14

Here’s my Timeline - 24% progress

*We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
*January 14, 2021 You passed the medical exam.
*We do not need additional documents.
*You do not need an interview.
*We do not need your fingerprints. My biometric information & UCI has been uploaded (biometrics was done in 2017 for study permit)
*Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. (I don’t know if this is false or true IP2) I don’t plan to order GCMS notes, I’ll let the application run it’s course for max 6 months.
*Final decision - Your application is in progress.

good luck to all!

MEP/BIL: nothing yet.

Should i start to worry? :S

even if the BIL arrives, none of the centres in India are accepting PR applications, so it's the wait game again?
