Log in to the submitted document page, keep pressing F5, the LOE field will show up eventually. Take a screenshot when it shows up
yeah, tried that multiple times, it only showed up that one time and obviously I didn't think I wouldn't see it again so I never took a screenshot.

Is it safe to assume that the uploaded LOE hasn't vanished? I had the same experience.

I just checked and mine isn’t listed either... I definately uploaded it because it actually has supporting evidence in it too.
It happened with me also. But after multiple refresh, log in, log out it shows 1-2 times. So it seems safe to assume that it is uploaded.

Make a screenshot when it shows up again. If the officer somehow missed the LOE field, you can raise a webform and send him the screen shot and say, hey I've uploaded the LOEs, its the system bug that may have caused you to miss the LOE.

Hi everyone,

Category: FSW
ITA: November 25
AOR: December 7
Raised a CSE: December 19 (to add additional POF docs)

Awaiting confirmation from them for the CSE.
I saw a video on YouTube about how to fill the CSE webform where they ask one qsn whether your application is sent inside or outside Canada. But when I raised a CSE they didn’t ask me that. Just basic details, upload docs and submit.

Seems like the VAC in India are gonna go ahead with spouse and student permits all through January. Updated on Twitter.

ITA: 18 November 2020
Application submission: 18 December 2020

The only message I have in my account is titled "Confirmation of Online Application Transmission".

@legalfalcon is that AOR or it's pending?

There should be an another message with Acknowledgement of Receipt

I have only got one message so far, it was instantaneous, submitted at 11:50ish PM Eastern Time. Is AOR generated automatically or there is some manual mechanism behind it?
