I think since you have already got the re-medical request now and there are still about 5 months. You can wait. There is a high chance that your PR will be approved before the program start date.

My AOR is Dec 2020, application still in progress (FSW-O).
I’m planning to apply for a visitor visa to the UK to attend my MBA graduation in July.

we did not send any webform. it was updated 3 days after. so i guess, its not required.

Applying for a visa of any country while your application is in progress, has no bearing on your PR application.
If you do receive a refusal, that too will have no impact. However, inform IRCC of it.
Thanks for the reply, I have done re-medicals on 8th April and it is not updated yet, so I thought to send them via webforms.
Also, did you get re PCC to submit?

only today i received ADR for PCC and Schedule A, the latest appointment we got is 19th May, but the last date to submit the request is 13th May.
Hey @legalfalcon few questions:
1. how can i request for an extension? if via web-form, can i simply mention that we have the latest appointment date as 19May and would require more time to submit?
2. DO i need to attach screenshot of passport website for appointment date?
3. Even after appointment, it may still take another 60 days for PCC to be completed, do you think they will give 60 days of extension after 13May (which is last date to submit PCC, as of today)?
4. any other detail you think i need to share?

Thanks for sharing this video. The LOE PCC question was asked by me. And I sent the LOE the same day after Kubier sir gave his insights.
I did but I received the RFV email the next day. So I dont think its really required since the eMedical updates are sent to IRCC within 24-48 hours and updated to our file.
1. Sign in ur cic account
2. Go to check submitted application
3. Look at ur url or address bar in browser
4. You will see link says ... documentTosubmit.do
5. Replace these words only with
applicationChecklist.do
Rest of the url will remain same.
