Seeking help from an expert!!

I applied for paper based pnp pr application to cic in march 2019 and later in September I received invitation to apply in express entry.
I received my PR in march 2020 through express entry and then I submitted an application to withdraw my paper based pnp application. Its been more than a year since I submitted withdrawal request and my application is still active and they recently passed my medical exam which I submitted in 2019.
How can they continue with my paper based application now when its been 1.5 years since I became PR?

kindly help.

Exactly 8months already today and it feels like 8years! Due respect to all seniors. You guys are the real MVPs. That name Marco Mendicino will never be forgotten in a hurry by us, that's for sure. To add to my sorrows, I'm an Arsenal fan people. Keep praying for me to get through all these alive. Lol..

Ordered the first (and last so far) in April and received it in May. Security & Criminality both not yet started. Raised a webform about 2months later and they confirmed both Crim & Sec still not started. I just gave up on further enquiries. As regards the history being redacted or not, to be frank, I don't have an idea how to confirm that.

Just ran through all 271 pages, I didn't see any history section except if you mean the likes of education history, work history etc.. None of these were blank. Filled with those usual nearly incomprehensible shorthands.
I'm so sorry I couldn't help out.

That’s weird :/
History section should contain many ACTIVITIES and it shows every progress your application went through.
History section section is right after Associations section.
Thanks for trying!

Hello everyone!

I hope you're all still sitting tight as the wait is LONG.
I have moved from France to Canada two weeks ago on a work permit. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to change my address. They say to contact the Visa office for my region but I don't know which one it is? As I remember it's not automatically the one for our home country so I have no clue. I raised a webform but no reply. I also looked for where to see where is my address to see if it was updated but I can't see where the option is. I don't see where my address is recorded. (They say it will be in 'Address Notification' but I don't see that option).

What should I do? Calling IRCC just gives me an automatic message saying to change my address visit the IRCC website. I am really confused if anyone knows what I am supposed to do that would be awesome.

Thank you!
