Dear @legalfalcon what is your opinion for people like me who are inland PNP and applied got AOR 5 months ago in regards to the new Temporary Public Policy (90 000)? Shall we apply for that one as well? Can we have 2 applications at the same time? Thanks

If you file 2 PR applications, until the first one is processed. or withdrawn, the second one will be be placed on hold.

Also, filing a new PR application does not mean it will be processed any later as all steps from criminality, eligibility and security will have to be done again.

FSW Inland (AOR Dec 3rd)

Thinking maybe I should've waited to apply to the new pathway opening May 6 for international graduates (maybe goes faster).

It’s nonsense why they don’t process PNP inlands and FSW inlands but only CEC.
ZERO COMMON SENSE.

Yes, like did they forget there is a pool of FSW who is inland? If they need to meet their immigration target, they should process those applicants as well

Hello, anyone with VO in Vienna, Austria? :)

Just learned my application is there now. I am FSWO AOR Dec 2020.
I haven't contacted IRCC in the past month, so I am not sure if my file has been transferred to Vienna from Ottawa (where it was at the time of my call). It should end up in Vienna as that office covers my country of residence. I've dealt with that office a couple of times during the years and they were always quite speedy and diligent but nothing is for certain during these times.
