Vancouver VO was pretty fast for CEC based on some previous threads, definitely faster than Ottawa. I think Ottawa is working on the eligibility for Sep candidates. I'll post about Vancouver if I come across anything

Do not worry, most likely it should be done by this month end. You could call IRCC by month end to double check. Keep all of us updated about your progress... Thanks @sujansri597

Through GCMS and phone calls I figured out that no change occurred since December. I wonder why Vancouver VO has forgotten about me.

I ordered GCMS notes today, my AOR is Dec 10, I am not sure if it will delay my application.
Based on what I've learnt so far in this process, GCMS request won't slow down or impact an application.
