4-Nov-2020: receipt of additional document on GC Key
20-Nov-2020: Additional document reviewed on GC Key
24-Nov-2020: Passport Request from email

Need help! I got passport request but due to huge rush vfs can’t making any appointment. On the other hand i am crossing my due dates. Vfs saying I won’t be problem of exceeding due time because ircc will auto renew. But in my passport request letter there is no such instructions. What should i do now?? Is exceeding due date is not a problem? Please help! I am from Bangladesh

My wifes file was submitted in Oct 19, resubmitted in Dec 19. My wife gave her medical in Feb 2020 and a remedial in May 2020 ( our luck !!) Been more than 6 months and my files went to Mississauga, no update so far. I know someone who applied in Feb 2020 and his wife's file went to Ontario, he received a decision made email 2 days ago. Its frustrating. Stuck with no where to go. I even messaged my minister in my province.

Does anyone know if we're supposed to received an acknowledgement once we send a web form to update mailing address, contact number, etc.? We sent a request 3 weeks ago and heard nothing and ecas address is not updated. Is this normal?
