I received test invite on 26th May, test done on 28th May, test status completed on 31st May. However, all other items including Background Verification still showing in progress. Is there anyone else with test completed and background verification not done?

I got my test mail 28 april nd gave test on 14 may nd 21st may it got updated on my tracker nd 31st may i got my interview update on tracker
I am in a similar boat, Dec 2019 and a BC applicant. I completed the test on 22nd March, only Background Verification and Test shows completed. There has been absolutely no movement or communication on our file for the past 2.5 months.
Same with me. Nov 2019 applicant and a BC applicant. Test completed on April 20th, only background verification and test shows completed.
Vancouver CIC office is an absolute joke.
I took the test on Mar 4 2021. Result was confirmed on Mar 5. Still waiting for next step 
I couldn't agree more at this point in time, I see other provinces moving faster in terms of next steps especially after the test is taken. When I call them I was told there are no updates other than that the file is still In Process. I sent a Webform 2 weeks back and received a standard response saying that the process will be wrapped up when it has to wrap up and communication will be made once there are updates. I am planning to renew my PR card at this point (which expires in 2 months) as I don't think there is an end in sight with the process.
I made the same decision about PR card. It will expire in August 2021 and I already applied for renewal on 5/10/2021 - waiting.

I've got a generic mail from IRCC with the link to new Tracker "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application". But I received it already on 5/10/2021 and got registered. No more updates.
