Montreal is really slow as well. They have a big backlog.I feel Ottawa office is way slower than others.
That's pretty much what I though... it's a disgrace, absolute disgrace what IRCC is doing with 2019 applicants and not putting anyone accountable. My neighbour working for the fed gov. I see her putting the computer on the backyard table but spending the entire days gardening or playing with kids . It is so frustrating, working from home doesn’t actually mean working for all , and maybe this explains all the delays we are suffering.
Are you waiting for the oath? When did you give the test and if the background check is completed?Montreal is really slow as well. They have a big backlog.
If you read the posts from others being processed at Missisauga, it’s about 2-3 months between DM to oath. It hasn’t been 1 month for you yet. Unfortunately this is the norm.Hello, has anyone tried emailing the long email we get with the interview invite to get updates on the oath ceremony? The office dealing with my application is Mississauga, I did my interview on May 5th and I haven't heard back since. Online tracker indicates "not started" on my Citizenship Ceremony, while the others are all "Completed". Thanks.
Wow that's insane!! Are they even working? It'll be 20 months since I filed my application by then. It’s about 3 months between DM to oath for Mississauga. It hasn’t been 1 month for you yet lol.
They are working. There’s just a massive backlog that got worse with the lockdowns and shift to online processing. Not much you can do but wait for your turn, unless you can qualify for urgent processing and they will actually grant it.Wow that's insane!! Are they even working? It'll be 20 months since I filed my application by then.
Same timeline and still waiting .Any December applicant in th house that is yet to receive test invite? The wait is becoming frustrating, any advice on what to do at this time? I got AOR on Feb 24, 2020 and my application has been in process since March 10, 2020.
Same hereSame timeline and still waiting .
Congrats to him! I've updated the spreadsheet!Just a note of encouragement that things are moving, albeit slowly. After 18 months, my husband finally got his oath invitation!
