Congratulations! If you could share when was your remedical done, it would be really helpful as it seems I have got the same set of things in place
My remeds were requested in Jan 2021. We did them on Feb 17th 2021.
They got reflected in portal on Aug 20th 2021. It says we passed our medicals on Aug 20th.

@legalfalcon Just now received 'Ready for Visa' email.
AOR: Dec 28, 2019
SINP
COR: India
The email asks me to submit my passport to US/Canada Visa office. I was in USA at that time when I had applied for PR. I moved back to India in June 2020 and had informed them about it using webform. In GCMS notes, I saw it getting changed too. However, now the email says to submit pp to US/Canada VO. They have provided an email address to send email if I want to submit passport to any nearest visa office. However, when I send email to the given email id, it is not getting delievered and gmail saying 'mailer-demon' error. email id given by them is BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca .Please suggest how should I reach out to them and get address for Delhi VO? Can I just send my pp to Delhi VO ?

I received my passport request on 13th October 2021. I am going to marry my girlfriend, who is a permanent resident of Canada, in December 2021. She has left Canada and currently living in India. Would like to seek your advice on what should be the next step, and if the right decision would be from the following two options:

1. Ask for an extension for submitting my passport until December, so that I can submit my partner's details along with marriage certificate, and get a COPR.
2. Submit my passport and notify about a change in circumstance post getting my COPR, since I will not get my marriage certificate/proof of marriage until December. In this case, will a new COPR would be issued for me?

Have a great day!

If your family composition changes before you land (become a PR by getting an e-COPR-if you're in Canada), you have to inform IRCC.

What matters is the date you get married de facto and not your marriage certificate, which can be applied even a year later.
