However, I noticed a ghost update on my profile a few days ago. I am tired of them updates with no seen results. I don't know if I should request for another gcms note. This will be the 3rd in
18 months of applying for copr

In my gcms note i saw counterfoil required:yes
What does this mean @legalfalcon

If you are not form a visa exempt country, you will need a visa, which is referred to as counterfoil.

You can try but I doubt IRCC would extend the COPR.

Don't even know when will they resume FSW processing for currently pending applications!! We have a plethora of FSW relentlessly waiting for final decision here!!

Hi @legalfalcon .

Me and my family had our application approved per GCMS notes in 2020. Our medicals were extended. But they have expired in March 2021. We are aware that we would need to do remedicals when our files are reopened. But my wife is pregnant and so, when asked to do remedicals, we wouldn't be able to do her chest X-ray and would have to defer it till after she gives birth. I guess that would mean our files would be further processed only after her delivery right? Or could IRCC give us any relaxation based on our original medical examination results so that without her having to do her X-ray, our medicals would be processed??

That would be at the discretion of the officer.
