Hello nothing on page 3 about transferring file to new delhi
In page 3 it’s centralized intake office
OSC & CPC Edmonton.
But on page 1 primary office is CPC Ottawa
Secondary office is Centralize Intake office
I heard for UAE applicants they will transfer to Abudhabi visa office right

Eventually AbuDhabi will deal with your PPR / COPR

Hi - I had sent a webform to IRCC on completing of remeds, and they updated me with below status. Does it mean that my case has been almost approved and only CoPR issuance is pending due to outland restrictions -

Your application was received via your account on December 27, 2019.

· Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,

The background verifications are in process.
The security background verification is currently valid.
The criminal background verification is currently valid.
· Your application is currently being processed at the Case Processing Centre (CPC-O) in Ottawa, Ontario.

YEs, as per the response your application has met the eligibility and your security is also most likely passed.

“valid” here indicates, that the documents required for the specific stage are “legal, not expired, and accepted by IRCC,” and no further input is required by the applicant.

If you are outside Canada, then many application that have all stages passed have been placed on hold until the travel restrictions are eased.
