The image you shared will also have the validity dates. It will look like:

If your meds are expired, then you can send a webform and ask IRCC to provide you with an update on whether your medicals have been extended. Also, as per update from IRCC, there is a backlog on medicals, so it may be the case that your meds have been sent for reassessment and pending a determination.

You can also call IRCC, and ask about your meds, or request new GCMS notes, which will have this info.

Once your meds are extended, they will be update and only then you will be able to see them on your MyCIC account. In some cases, an extension may have been given but not yet updated.
Thanks @legalfalcon. Would doing a remedical instead speed up the process?

No, getting a re-med down yourself will not speed up the process, it will only extend your med validity for another year, so you won't have to worry about it.

Hi @legalfalcon , my name is Ogochukwu, my fiance is blind and we intend to get married and come to Canada through the express entry route. I already got AOR in December 2019 as a single applicant and at the moment I am waiting for my copr. I plan to marry him and then add him to my application before my copr mail is sent. Will this affect my chances of getting ppr? Should I wait to get a copr first then proceed to spousal sponsorship? Although I think this will be more expensive. What is your advice? He's over 40 years, practices law and lives alone. He is independent and won't be a burden. I won't mind if you or anyone can link me up with a good immigration lawyer. I am a Nigerian citizen and I live in Nigeria. Thank you

Hi,

My medicals were extended on Nov 2020. By calling ircc, came to know it was extended Apr 30th. So i proactively did thr remeds without request on Dec 18th and submitted the form thru webform. Jan 19th, i got the acknowledgement saying webform doc was received and fwd to concerned officer. And on Feb 2nd got the PPR. I submitted my passport only yday and waiting for COPR to arrive to chk the validity date. Hope this helps others. And yes am an Indian resident.

Cheers
Shan
Congratulations!!!
My application is almost similar to yours including upto meds extension. Will be going for re-meds after a week or so, although meds extension is upto 29th April 2021 while I received remeds request letter (through my online account) on Jan 28th 2021.
Do keep us posted about your further processing and hopefully your journey to Canada begins soon.

You can add your spouse now, the only thing that you will have to ensure is that your spouse should not be medically inadmissible. You can read more on medicals and how it will impact you at https://bit.ly/3cxnr0w

If you sponsor your spouse, after you become a PR, your spouse will not have to go through medical admissibility.

It will all depend on where your spouse's condition will make him inadmissible, which is a factual question, based on the medical report.

Did you receive copr by mail or did somebody call you? Were you placed in a group called CB COVID pace?
