Yes I enquired abt all three specifically. But their reply is "it is under process".
Getting same reply again and again.

Ohh .. in that case, better u order GCMS noted. U will get clarity.

Ideally everything should have been passed by now

I dont know what you're suggesting. Point is that there are people who have left their jobs because they got COPR and now they are clueless. This can happen to anyone. It can happen to you or to me. But what people are discussing is very straightforward, that is about the clarity on their case. for eg. if person is with COPR, then atleast make effort to reach these client first instead of issuing new ITAs. I will not say that the long statements by people on this forum are long arguments but freedom of expression.
Agreed. I dont understand why they are focusing in issuing more ITA's, they should focus on people who already submitted there documents.

Most of the applicants from Dec 2019- Outland- are in same situation. Even mine everything is passed in may and waiting for final decision. No one knows when they will start sending PPRs to outlands. No point raised GCMS if everything is passed. Just need to keep waiting.
Thanks!

Hi guys, my consultant ordered gcms directly from ATIP..in your experience how many days usually they release? Thank you..

My latest e-mail to CIO, Nova Scotia:
My humble submissions are as follows:
1. My PR application processing time will be soon reaching 9 months, however, I am yet to receive an official confirmation regarding a final decision/file approved status.
2. From various webform requests, GCMS notes and telephonic calls to IRCC, I could gather information that my application has already PASSED all stages of PR process, while a formal final decision is pending to be communicated.
3. I hope you consider the hardships of losing various potential job opportunities from prospective employers in Canada for lack of PRV, even when I am a successful Ontario PNP nominee.
4. My country of residence is already plying international flights to/fro Canada . As a result, I am ready to travel for permanent settlement as PR in Canada.
5. Request please issue the PRV/CoPR so that I can start the process of settlement in Canada permanently.

Their reply as follows:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada in regard to your application for Permanent Residence

Hi @dn3 , I've sent a web form in similar lines and received below response last week-

We are pleased to confirm reception of the document(s).
We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration.
Furthermore, we verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.

Looking at your response I'm not hopeful that they would consider my request either.

I have one older reply from them in August 2020 that stated the following:

Hi,
Your application is currently under review by an officer. You will be contacted in due course.

It appears that they have completely shutdown any further processing of my application since May 2020 onwards(when I passed all stages-Eligibility, Criminality, Security and Background verifications after my application went through case processing agent, case analyst and officer review in due course). However, they stopped short of conveying the final decision which would have atleast succour my woes a little. Only God knows when they will restart!!!

I spoke to an IRCC agent over the phone in regards to the ghost update that I received on Friday. She was very kind and advised that application is still in process and asked me to keep an eye out on my emails... She once again assured me that all the stages are passed. Is there any possibility she may have seen any info regards to PPR hence advised me to keep an eye out on emails?

Hello,
Can you please provide the number where you called ?

hello everyone, I asked about the status of our application regarding criminality, eligibility, and security through web form a few months ago and they said that all are valid. Recently, I asked about which office our application is currently being processed and they said it is currently in nova scotia. Is it normal that our application is not yet in our local visa office when everything is already valid or passed?

Mine too ...they stopped after June. But funnily enough, people with AOR after mine have already gotten their PR. not sure what is going on?

I am an Outland candidate, so processing delays in my case is obvious. Yours is Inland, had I been in your place I would have ordered GCMS and called them regularly to check what is missing. As far as I know, processing of INlanders get stuck even after passing all stages if they have partner outside Canada or primary applicant is temporarily outside Canada.

If you are a PNP-Outland candidate then chances are that it will be still stuck in CIO until local VO opens
