The 1 year validity of Medical is from the day of my tests or the date mentioned in my application as medical passed date
The former. It is valid for 1 year from the day applicants undergo the medical examination. The date which is mentioned in one's CIC profile is irrelevant.

And the one year validity is irrelevant anyway as they are automatically extended the validity as I heard from others.

I am an outland applicant and medical was given last year on 12th November. So just thinking in case i will get ppr before that

I am living in canada now, but my wife is in India. My first GCMS notes did not have covid pace, but after submitting new medicals, 2nd gcms notes has this group updated. Has anyone from this group got COPR?

Which province?

Hi @legalfalcon,

I submitted Bank letter for fixed deposit as proof of funds for PR last year. But the Bank FD is expiring this month. Do I have to resubmit the proof of funds to the IRCC?

Hope you can help me based on your experience.

If PPR doesn’t come by November they will automatically extend the medical... you can check with them about it too.

Not always. Many applicants have been asked to undergo a new medical examination. It depends on one's medical background, country of residence, and of course, whether or not the regional medical office (Beijing, London, Manila, New Delhi, Ottawa, or Paris) grants an extension.

That’s great news! Happy for you :)

Did you call them? I wonder why you didn’t get since August 6th when they generated COPR.

And where do you see the September 5th date? It’s the assignment due date?

Thank you! I haven't called yet, I thought I will wait it out till 5th September.. Or should I call now?

Yes it says in the assignment due date, it's assigned for the same agent who is assigned for my CoPR.

If you have the patience to wait... :)

There was also another comment from back in May that says “ officer review: PA has gotten married after approval of application [very long blank whiteout] COPR and visa cancelled. based on the pa‘S residence the application has been transferred for review” so I’m assuming my application was approved a while back and then redacted
Are you able to see a due date ?

So many CEC inland applicants got the PR... Does your notes have a assignment date and assigned officer?
The first set of GCMS notes I ordered in May had no due date. It was blank. I just ordered a new set of notes last week.

Not required. When your FD matures, just make sure that you have the funds available with you.

The medicals are valid from the date they are done.

Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you don’t come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam.

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...l-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html

I just received my gcsm notes

AOR: 20 December ,2019 CEC inland
text:ready for approval
Office: cpc Ottawa
Officer review: satisfied and passed.

group2: CN Covid pace
Last updated: June 6, 2020

my application has passed 2 months after 6 months mark and it’s it’s stuck in the same zone since June. Even inlanders are facing similar issues now.
