So I got through to IRCC call center. Agent confirmed our Criminality, Security and Eligibility are all Passed. Asked what the next steps would be and she said she doesnt make that decision ? Not sure what that means, but I have a couple of questions. What does Eligibility passed actually mean? In everyone here’s experience, what would be next for in our application process?

I have talked twice this week as I am at 99% processing time and have asked what next, as I have been with ready for approval notes for past whole month. I heard again that “shortly“ I should hear back on the final decision and is delayed due to their limited staffing. Have asked my beloved ones to pray for me...

Would love the experienced people on here’s opinion on this.

Next step would be a senior officer will review everything and if he/she finds everything on point then he/she will issue landing document (COPR) on your UCI.

I guess there is just very few of these special people who do the golden stamping.

I made sure this time that they don’t have my USA address or Phone number with them. And the Canadian one is the only one they have. I have also made it clear to them everyone who needs the PR in my application is inside in Canada. Not too comfortable calling often. But my webforms responses these days are very generic and GCMS takes a month.

Hope a special officer looks at my case soon!

Note 2 was Background and security pass. Was the same day and agent as note 1.
