Can anyone let me know in which stage is my Application based on the below response.

Hi, I read the borders of canada (for outland) were closed till 30th june. Is it now extended till Aug?
Called today IRCC to verify if something was changed since 1st May. Security has not been initiated since February. Assignment due 15th of June. I'm also watching the Montreal visa office thread and it seems that they are still approving AOR of June 2019 - October 2019... I hope to have a different case since I'm inland, but I'm really starting to think that there's no hope for my case.
I called cic today. It was only a auto generated system and telling me only updates on my apps. Did you spoke to an agent?
Those who are approved inland applicants getting passport requests? i called cic and agent told me your file is approved PR card will be dispatched some time this week ?
