Decision made on my file on the 1st of April!
(AOR:28 December; program: FSW-O; Country: India; VO: don't know)

I'm so excited to share with all of you that I just hung up the call with IRCC and they informed me that decision was made on my file on 01.04.2020. They said I have passed all the checks like eligibility, security etc. When I asked them if they could please explicitly tell me whether my application has been approved, they regretted their inability to tell that. I'm 99.99% sure that my application has been approved :) :) Thanks to all of you for your help and support :)

It is normal because your file was basically started in January and in March the pandemic halted all activities till I believe at some point in April. Your notes were probably created on 22 April which is over a month ago. So, I believe there was some work done on your file in May.

Check the last few pages where notes are mentioned like program assistant and case processing agent.

The notes was created May 23. 190 pages crazy, do you know where I have to check notes to understand whether it was worth worrying?

Ah! The notes only a couple of days old. That means, it will have the most recent update. Check the last 10 pages. You will see something like this:

NOTES

Notes: 1

Notes: 2

Notes: 3

Notes: 4

etc...

Notes 1 will be the most recent one whereas Notes 4 will be the oldest one.

Checking the notes is the most important because you will see updates from the agents who worked on your file. My notes were created 20 Dec 2019 and the summary assessment showed Not Started for eligibility but in the notes I see 2 of the 3 agents (Program Assistant and Case Processing Agent) already finished my assessment. It was just the final agent (Senior Officer) that was remaining but because my file was transferred to another VO the eligibility became Not Started status.

Thank you

Hi Arago, I applied to have EI last year in Implied Status. CRA gave me 7 months of EI and I sent the new OWP 3 months later. I think CERB is the same case... you can have it while in Implied Status.
thank you so much. after hearing this i am little relieved!!!
