I got through the call finally and was able to speak to the agent, he said my application is being processed at the New Delhi office and It being outside Canada, they can’t see the progress in system.

Any way to find the status from the New Delhi Office?

I've submitted my Biometrics and got my Biometrics status set to Completed on the same day, Jan 22. Now my BG Check status says "Your application is in progress...". Timeline says 14% completed.

No got the letter on 21st, submitted the biometrics on 24th and they were updated the next day.

My application was canceled for being incomplete for the following reason:

The Police certificate from China that you provided with your application is not acceptable. You provided a photocopy of your China police certificate which is unacceptable. Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate; certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable. I did provide a scan of the original police certificate. The documents I provided for this section are:

• Certificate of No Criminal Record (original in Chinese)
• Certificate of No Criminal Record (English translation)
• Notarial Certificate (original in Chinese)
• Notarial Certificate (English translation)

I provided color scans for everything, so I don't know what to do now because I would just resubmit the same documents when I lodge a new application. @legalfalcon, can you help?

Did u send them CSE? Did you get any acknowledgment after that they received ur mail? I am also in same situation. Consultant told me that she sent them email for reconsidration but she didn't get any acknowledgement mail yet.. is she laying? i am worried about all this. My profile had nomination from Alberta which is not going to transfer in my new express entry profile. Please guide me what to do next?

There is a discussion that the India- NewDelhi office is slow and other VO office are faster. Howerver, each case differs based on the personal data.

1)What happens if one of the documents submitted in the application expires post AOR... I mean like ielts and Police certificate?

2)Must these documents be valid till eligibility is passed or what?

In order to know any further details , You need to order GCMS notes.

It depends from person to person. I personally feel not before you cross approximately 4 months time.
