Hi @legalfalcon, an additional info my papers were transferred to my local visa office last feb.. i cant create web form because im using representative, it my cause confusion..Sadly my representative has no feedback..Thank you so much i really appreciate your reply.. keep safe..
Your application is in good shape. Eligibility is passed; the most important stage in the entire process and Security screening is underway/completed. Final will change to Approved in due course ( see example status https://gcmsnotes.com/how-to-read-interpret-and-understand-gcms-notes/#sample-application-status-in-GCMS)@legalfalcon @caipsnotes Just received my GCMS notes that were ordered on 13th August 2020. I understood what the notes stated - only point I was wondering about is the status of "Final".
Stream: OINP-Outland
Here are the Assessment outcomes:
Even on our individual assessments (of each applicant), all these statuses are the same
- App Status: open
- App Status Reason: In Progress
- Cost Recovery: Complete
- RPRF: Complete
- Eligibility: Passed
- Security: blank (s.15.1 in top-right corner)
- Criminality: Passed
- Medical: Passed
- Info Sharing: Complete
- Final: blank
Application Assignment:
Is this due to the GCMS Notes request that was submitted on this date?
- Assigned to: JW00205
- Assigned by: JW00205
- Due Date: 13th August 2020
Finally, Notes:
The one thing I noticed was this:
- Notes 2: Officer Review of Work Experience (Self Employed) - A11.2 has been met - Dated: 14th May 2020
- Notes 1: Submitted updated passport - Already Updated. No Action Taken. No Response Required - Dated: 15th June 2020
After Application Assignment (Page 2), there is the section for Secondary Office(s) (Page 2-3). In this section, all the "Created" and "Updated" dates are wrong - click on link for image.
The created dates are "2010" in some and updated dates are "2014" in some. Is that something that might be causing a problem in reaching a final decision? Not concerned about receiving COPR as things stand right now - just don't want this to be the cause of some delay in the final decision.
Based on the info you received your eligibility is passed as a final determination by an officer has been made in Note 2. After the eligibility is passed, the security is initiated. In the GCMS notes the security details are redacted, so the security on page 2, can indicate in progress or passed.@legalfalcon

Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
Is the security background they are referring to the same as the s.15(1) security screening?
- The background verifications are currently valid.
- The security background verification is currently valid.
- The criminal background verification is currently valid.
- Your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Also, Is there any decisive way to tell if security screening is underway or not?

Usually the application is sent to LVO before the eligibility is passed or after. So there is no conclusive correlation between a transfer to LVO. You can send a webform, and its has noting to do with your representative.Hi @legalfalcon, an additional info my papers were transferred to my local visa office last feb.. i cant create web form because im using representative, it my cause confusion..Sadly my representative has no feedback..
My question is, is it possible that being transferred to. Local visa office means that i passed eligibilty?
Thank u
These are the activities that have taken place for your application and if you observe, the activities for eligibility changed from RR - Met - Not Started - Passed, which indicates the eligibility going through two stages, and then the officer's conclusive determination.Thank you @legalfalcon for the Image uploading site reference. Hopefully these will work.
1. Here's the link to the date images: Link
2. Here are links to Page 108 and Page 109: These (I am assuming) show the sequence of activities carried out on the application. Here's what I wrote in a previous post in response to @caipstes:
On Page 108 and 109, there is a list of updates made to our application.
Hope you can see the images here.
- On Page 109, "Application: 5" refers to "Review Required" as "Old Value" - and new value as "Met"
- I am assuming, this is regarding the 14th May 2020 Note stating "A11.2 has been met." following a review of our work experience documents.
- Then, on Page 108, "Application: 4" states that "Eligibility" was 'updated' from "Met" to "Not Started"
- Then, "Application: 3" states that "Eligibility" was 'updated' from "Not Started" to "Passed"
- "Application: 2" states that "Security" was updated from "Not Started" to "<blank>"
- "Application: 1" states that "Security" was updated from "<blank>" to "<blank>"
Got it - and so the latest activities (2 and 1) indicate "Security" going from "Not Started" to "<blank>", and then going from "<blank>" to "<blank>".These are the activities that have taken place for your application and if you observe, the activities for eligibility changed from RR - Met - Not Started - Passed, which indicates the eligibility going through two stages, and then the officer's conclusive determination.
No ned to be concerned about the dates in Link, they only are the creation dates and are incorrectly entered.
If the activities for security show "Not started" to blank then it is in progress. The second one from "blank" to "blank" can even suggest passed, but since it is redacted, it is difficult to know whether it is in progress or passed.Got it - and so the latest activities (2 and 1) indicate "Security" going from "Not Started" to "<blank>", and then going from "<blank>" to "<blank>".
Are there multiple rounds of check in security screening? Or will there be more status changes before it reaches "complete"?
Understood. Thank you @legalfalcon and @caipsnotes for taking the time to answer my questions. The security is a very highly guarded stage and not much is known about it. CBSA / CSIS and other agencies are involved in the process, and based on the threat assessment it can take longer for some applicants. For most applicants it is fairly quick, and is usually done within 2-5 weeks.

If you want to surely know, then call IRCC, use webform or rely on GCMS notes.
