One thing he said was odd though. He said all EE FSW candidates are considered Outland even if they work or live inside.
I confirmed be address and phone number and assured I am inside Canada.

Nice. So finally got through to an agent, and because I am not principle applicant or the representative (as we did this PR application through Immigration lawyers) she cant divulge information to me. I just have to be patient and not worry as we are in "good hands" having a representative taking care of us. Just watch for emails and online portal for news.
That was a great waste of time.

Just saw in Feb 2020 AOR group that one person having 12 th Feb, 2020 AOR raised a webform in May and received reply around mid-May that application is approved. He is FSW Outland with Singapore VO.

What? That's shocking! Well, I called IRCC today. Agent told me that my supporting additional document is pending. So my representative will provide them the required information through web form. Let's see what's will happen next. Fingers crossed.

i tried to call ircc just now and i couldn't reach to agent. how did you reach??? and before connect to agent they are telling me about my status (auto answer?) what did you ask to an agent exactly???? nothing has been valid yet for my case.

just keep trying. After hear all the status just press 0 to speak with some human. I asked about eligibility, criminality and Security if everything was done, and she told me everything was passed and an email with CoPR was in the way.
