I assume they are receiving a huge amount go web forms asking statuses and they refuse to spend time on going in-detail. I am sure your application is fine. Be patientHi, I submitted my ADR (family information) on 7th May but still no update. I raised a web form, they replied " your file is being processed at CPC Ottawa. We will inform you once decision is made or additional information needed" I asked background check, eligibility review etc. in detail but they replied in short. What's happening to my file? I'm confused.

I had got better webform responses in the past with the current status also I had got GCMS notes too.How do you know everything is done??
Ready for approval is good thing. Just call them on the 6 month completion day and they might approve? Thats what I am planning to do.I just received GCMS notes which has been requested on May 12. It says like below.
***OFFICER REVIEW*** Eligibility: Passed, Criminality: Passed. All requirements met. File ready for approval.
This GCMS notes generated on May 13.
I don't see anything about security status. What does it mean? Is everything completed?
yes, I am going to do that on coming Friday.Ready for approval is good thing. Just call them on the 6 month completion day and they might approve? Thats what I am planning to do.
In my status it still shows "we need additional documents. Check your massages". Last week I called IRCC. Agent told me that officer is reviewing your documents. May be they are holding decision for FSW inland applicants along with Outland applicants.Did your status change?
I just uploaded my Additional Family form this morning. Under REVIEW OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS, it went from we have received additional document to JUNE 3,2020 we are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
I have seen persons who submitted this form and got COPR within a week. You will get yours soon. Don't stress too much.
Oh I'm not sure, I thought they were focusing on all inland applications for now. I'm CEC btw and my file is in Ottawa as well. AOR DEC 22In my status it still shows "we need additional documents.
