It depends I asked these questions specifically and got a generic response too, it depends on the agent answering how accommodating they are

Correct ! If you application is being processed at a Local VO, they would just re-direct you to check with the LVO or a General reply of Application in progress. I have rasied 2 CSE's till now and every time the response is generic no matter how you phrase it. You really need to be lucky to be able to get precise info.

Do the folks within Canada VO work over the weekend or better to expect next week responses?

Hi @EssGee , let's hope they're putting in some O/T this weekend :). Its been great seeing all these other approvals going through. Its gives the rest of us hope and lets us know things are moving. My PGWP was approved on a Saturday, so let's see.

Well, It looks like they are currently focusing on sending out CoPR for Inland applicants and Outland folks have to wait a little bit longer for their PPR.

I’m an inland applicant. But I travelled for vacation and now stuck due to COVID. Do you know if they will send COPR or now consider my application as Outland?? Kindly share if you know. Thank you

Unfortunately, I don't have precise information to tell you about this. However, here's my 2 cents: if you're travelling with a valid visa to re-enter Canada, you should be qualified as an Inland applicant since you are not required a PR visa to go to Canada. That's just what I think so it could be either right or wrong.

Can anyone please kindly tell me the template for webform you use to get a detailed response about VO, eligibility, criminality, etc.? I did raise a webform 2 months ago but got a very generic response. Thanks!

Hi!

AOR- December 9th, 2019.
In-Land application
EE-CEC with AINP

noticed GU this morning. My workmate inform me that someone from immigration called. The thing is we are not good term with the manager. Is there anyway my application will be denied if a negative feedback from a manager. What usually they asked tho?
I am really worried with my application right now. Please enlightened me and maybe an advice what to do.
I don't think, I'm in the same situation. Even though is not "legal", it is well known that people under LMIA or in general temporary workers encounter a lot of manager that are really unpleasant and do bad things only because they know that you are in this status. I can say this from my experience and that's also my agent's experience. Anyway immigration, I suppose, wants only to know if you really have that work experience, they don't want extra work to verify why your manager has a negative feedback.

So this wont affect my application at all? Thank you very much!

I applied Outland with job offer and moved inland to join my job. I have submitted webform last week asking whether they are considering me inland or Outland. I have mentioned that I am residing and working in Canada. State the facts and ask.

Do you know whether I can call them over the weekend? Getting so much impatient about the next 14 days considering the fact that I waited for USA PR for 12 years!

.
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, fewer agents are available to answer your call. Calls are answered from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, to the extent possible.

Please note that, given the impacts of COVID-19, we are unable to provide processing times.
