We are December 2018 spousal sponsorship applicant.
Having bio done on March 2019 and medical done on May 2019.

My spouse recently received interview schedule on December 10, 2019 at Bangladesh

She has been requested to bring the following updated application form along with other documents:
Generic app form Imm008
Additional dependents/ Imm008dep
Schedule A background Imm5669
Additional family info Imm5406

My question is should she update the form or can bring the copy of the form what we have sent with the applications?

Seniors please advice ASAP .

on this forum many people have been asked to resubmit forms that have changed this summer. If I were you, I would not complicate the situation and give new forms (check which ones were updated on the official website). Experimentation and risk are not appropriate here. Good luck.

So it looks like they did mess up big time. Even though I sent a pre-paid envelope with my current Canadian address on it, they somehow managed to send it to my old address that's in the US. So basically Canada post returned the COPR to CPC Ottawa, and after being on the phone with them for a long time, they finally updated my address (after the 10th time of asking them to do so), but I have to send a new pre paid envelope because even though they made a mistake, they don't send documents unless we pay for it in advance.

Now I play the waiting game with CPC Ottawa game, so frustrating, I feel like walking in to their offices since I work close by, but my reasonable side knows shit happens I guess

Typically in the request for more information or the invite to the interview, you will get the link for the new forms. I would DEFINITELY comply with their instructions by completing the updated forms. Many of the forms have changed. All the best to you!
