Woohoo received PPR and pre-arrival today! They arrived via two separate emails sent to both PA and Sponsor.
Sydney, Australia is the processing VO.

Applied for my wife 4 months ago under spousal visa. 40 days ago she completed her bio metric but no call for Medical. The file has been received by Singapore Visa Office 15 days ago. I do not know what is going on. What do you think?

this is the December 2018 group, we applied 10 months ago and are still waiting, I think you are early in your process and they will request medical soon
Medical requests come from Singapore if it is already transferred. Don't sweat it . you are still early in your processing time
Farahnaz it is only london visa office which takes alot of time i know you from the pakistan thread and i am an applicant of dec 2018 for LVO still no decision made, it shows in process
