Today I've got confirmation, that payment for biometrics was received.
I uploaded it via IRCC Web form. It took 5 business days, including submission day.
Btw, when I did a mistake in applicat data while submitting receipt, I got an answer next day that information provided differs from the one they have on file

Take a photo of your receipt and/or attach the receipt itself in webform ... link is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
Fill in your application details and afterward there will be an upload page for image submission. Reference your application number and PA's full name in the notes section. Note it is regarding biometrics payment. Eventually after a long while they respond.

Took us around 50 days. Hopefully you will get yours soon.
