It is regarding the birthdate and Birthdate celebration.
we celebrated our wife birthdate as per our tradition on a different date. They raised a question to celebrate the birthday on a different date.

we provided an LOE with an affidavit with the date of birth certificate

Nope No Biometric request.
I guess we are exempted from BioMetrics

Just called the CIC office to see if they can confirm our file has indeed been forward to the Cairo VO (we never got an AOR2 from there). The agent checked in the system and gave a different (earlier) date for the file transfer, then stated that once the file is transferred to a VO, they no longer have any information on it past that point, and, contrary to what I've been reading here, repeated several times that an AOR2 is no longer sent by any visa offices abroad. Just thought I'd share.

in a way its good.. what if it was transferred to NDVO and they took 3 months to process and then ask for documents? this way NDVO is pre-loaded with information...

If people who so far has been transferred to ndvo want to share why details then we can develop theories as you know we like theories.

Congratulations! Next will be either 1. Biometrics Request, 2. Medical Request, 3. File Transfer to VO or nothing (and waiting until 1, 2 or 3 occurs)

That's what I hear. So I don't know why the agent would say no AOR2s...
