Not true.. My file was moved in Manila office and I didnt have any TRV application.. And now I'm stuck in BGC
Yes, we cant be sure if it's true or not but can be One of the possible reasons too why they will move the files to local visa office aside from other circumstances like those seem to be complicated applications.

Hello. I paid my biometrics fee today and then sent the receipt via webform. How many days does it normally take for CIC to send the biometrics request letter after they receive the payment?

It can vary a lot. Some folks paid for biometrics and then waited for weeks to get a request. Some are getting it pretty fast. In general, don't be concerned about it, it's a standard procedure and won't affect your application significantly. They'll request it when they get to it, but it won't change anything.

Hello all,

I have a question if CIC asked a letter of explanation, Should we get an affidavit i.e Lawyer and signature stamp on the letter? or just my signature should be enough?
Thanks,
How did the IRCC letter say? i don't think affidavit will add anything, it is still you said what you said and no people would verify it, they can only verify that you said what you said in front of them.

We had a failed TRV previously and our PR never went to Manila visa office.
So at this point who knows :p

Good Luck to Everyone from my little baby. Hope everyone will be together with your loved❤️ones soon...

Congrats to all who have got ppr,dm. :)

To folks whose files have not been transferred. I spoke to a friend of mine who had mentioned who went through this process last year. She mentioned that the transfer email came 1 month after her medical approval.

Although it may be a one off case. I wanted to check and see if anyone else (whose file has not been transferred) got any update.

it has been more than a month since medical passed, but no transfer yet. idk what theyre doing.

Argh, still? I'm kinda surprised, since it seems like most people still waiting for transfer are those going to VOs that we know CPC-S is slow to forward to (Mexico, NDVO, etc). Maybe you'll still luck out and go to CPC-M. Is it possible they just forgot to send your transfer letter? Do you have any AOR2 line in eCAS?

No, it is not possible it is forgotten though we tend to think it may be because we don't receive any update.:D
