Usually you should receive the request for payment with instructionsHey everyone,
Can you let me know what is the exact steps after paying the biometric fees for uploading them?
I have no required document in my cic account application.
Hi! I found an answer for you. Please go to this page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/biometrics.asp
Select
And you'll see the following:
- I gave biometrics in the past
- a visitor visa, study or work permit application ONLY
- Yes
So I think you will need to provide biometric again.
AS well, if you have an insurance, make her the nominee and submit that as a proof.Joint bank account will work. Also it's good if you supported your spouse sending money, making wire transfers. If you did, you can also include those receipts.

I lived in Montreal for four years and loved it! But now that I've been living in Germany so long and filling my brain with German grammar, I feel embarrassed when I speak French because I'm so rusty on vocabulary that I once could recall easily. In any case, reading French is still fine for me, so I'm happy to tag up with you to help out any francophones around here if they have questions!I undestand it and speak too and wrote, that people mostly don't understand it
I live in Montreal.. here it is better to understand it
Such great multi language and multinational collaboration here!... In any case, reading French is still fine for me, so I'm happy to tag up with you to help out any francophones around here if they have questions!
Yeah, I know, but thanks anyway. That question was about financial support, so I didn't elaborate on insurance and stuff, because it's another question in the checklist if I remember correctly. There are multiple kinds of proof, and they go under different categories (different checkboxes in the checklist).AS well, if you have an insurance, make her the nominee and submit that as a proof.

Glad to hear JoshCross post from November thread with regards to my medical today:
Medical completed today. I was informed the results will be uploaded over the weekend.
I went to Nuffield Health in Manchester and they were fantastic, very quick and super informative - I’d reccomend them to anyone up North in the UK.
The medical itself consisted of:
Good luck to everyone else who’s got tests booked soon.
- A urinalysis test in which they test your urine sample for abnormalities.
- A health questionnaire.
- A general checkup on your body and reflexes. Followed by weight and height checks.
- A simple eyesight test in which you read one line of a optometrist chart.
- A blood test.
- Chest X-ray (Thanks for the reminder Schweisy )
I took my passport and the confirmation letter. I only ended up needing my passport as it was all done via e-Medical. My picture was taken there and it’ll be uploaded by the physician once they get the bloods back tomorrow.Glad to hear Josh
What did they require you to bring to your test and do after it was done?
