Got my documents, it say's my NOA is missing and proof of income. So i need to submit those. My question is that my documents were stamped with the date dec03 and has the application number plus all of it has a paperhole, should i just resubmit it with the new checklist or re do all the forms?

So you need both Notice of Assessment and your employment letter from your employer. For date issue, I think it is best to call IRCC, the opinions in the forum are not "official". I would hope they take them as is so you don't need to prepare everything again.

I haven't found how to upload it in GCkey too.
In my request it was written: Ones completed, send the payment receipt via web form https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
In web form, in applicant section enter your PA's data, Enquiry info - yours.
After you upload your receipt, you will be asked for email and date of birth confirmation.
In my case it was my email (as I'm a representative) and PA's date of birth

Hi everyone - been watching for a while and thought I'd jump in. My husband is British and our Outland Sponsorship Application was received on Dec. 28th, 2018. No word yet.

We currently live in Singapore for my husband's work but decided to move to Canada when my mom got sick middle of summer 2018 and I had to go back to Canada for three months to help. Just after we submitted the application my father was diagnosed with cancer. I just really need this to move as smoothly and quickly as possible so that I can be with my parents. I'm silently panicking all day, every day.

Here's hoping it's fast and smooth for all of us!

Hello All - I got an update in ECAS saying that a decision has been made re: Sponsorship approval. However, I checked in the GCKey account and the email, where there has been no updated. I understand that this is common and it takes a little bit of time to get updated. Would I be getting an email or a snail mail?

I wouldn't know the decision until I get the email right? please advise.

If you are the sponsor and leave your email with IRCC, you will get an email with PDF attachment. In my case, it is the opposite. I get an email for SA but there is no update in ECAS or GCKey account. You will get something shortly either way. But I bet it is approval

No medical request sent out for me yet. I think they will transfer the application to regional visa office first before requesting for medical check. I don't think my application needs biometric information as it was filed before Dec. 31 2018.

You click on "VIEW SUBMITTED APPLICATION" under the GC Key...

Then go ahead and upload documents there.
