It is not misrepresentation coz u did not hide anything, its a mistake..since you have provided the details of the event, it shouldn’t be a big problem....depends on the officer who handles ur file,,,In the worst case scenario, they might ask for any details for previous refusal and/or an updated imm form..But that is a rare chance..for your peace of mind, u can use web form with a corrected imm and a cover letter explaining the error..its upto u..Hi everybody, i really need answers. On my IMM5669, i mistakenly ticked yes to "refused admission or ordered to leave Canada or any other country" instead "refused permanent or vistor visa application". And I gave a reason o the explanation portion that I was refused an entry visa to the UK. Please will this be comsidered as misrepresentation. Am really worried now because I have done medicals and in my 8th month now after AOR. please help
