Hello guys I know might be this is not right place to describe my situation . I have applied for my husband spouse application on 17 Th December, 2018.Application was approved on March 17 , 2019. just 3 months but after that he shows his real intentions that he married only for pr so I was in searching for how to stop his landing and my father told him divorce notice but smartly he landed into Canada became official PR out my knowledge. He didn’t inform me or didn’t contact me after landing. Now I don’t know where he is ??!!!
Made his landing on June 19,2019 .
Report cic and CBSA fraud marriage. Have all proof .
Urgent help if anyone has same situation.

Is it any way can stop him misusing my sponsor ship ?? Afraid he will take advantage of it under 3 year undertaking and what if he will go social assistant? Any way to stop him doing this !!??? Cbsa already searching him

Hey, I am not in your situation nor have I ever been so I can only offer my thoughts. You agreed to sponsor him, this is all CIC cares about and so you are responsible for him. Given the circumstances you have done what you can to ensure CIC knows that he fraudulently entered into a marital relationship with you. I think that is all you can do - right? It seems he must have the financial resources to support himself or how did he find the money to land in Canada? Does he know other people in Canada? If so, that might be a place to begin to track him down? But then I would ask, what is the point of tracking him down? He has made his decision and you don’t need that negativity in your life - you don’t deserve that! You’re better than that! Are you planning on filing for a divorce? I am praying for you and believing that everything will work out for your good. If you ever want to talk or just have someone listen feel free to send me a message. So much love to you!

Yes right I don’t want even continue relationship but point is need find him at least sign divorce even and want kick him out of country as he entered without informing me and did not contact after here in Canada . What is point !!!

Hello friends, need help as all of you already send the fule.
I am applying for family sponsorship for my spouse and son. I have gathered all documents. Should i attach all document in one file in a professional manner? Is it allowed to make a set of separate of documents, label them, put them in a separate packets and then file them.

Please suggest as how should i send it
