Really, that's it ? No questions about where you work or how you came to Canada, stuff like that ? Sounds like you got a pretty chill IRCC officer hehe. In any case: congratulations for passing that stage :)
Oh, just remembered, offficer did ask about our jobs, but nothing about coming to Canada. Yes, it was pretty short and easy going, we were even joking, officer told us we're funny :)
Thank you!

I believe you can, thete are two types of forms for children, one for the children applying with parents and one for the children applying separately.
A child also needs to have 3y of physical presence.

Thank you but I can see only one kind of forms

Nice! A Toronto applicant getting through so fast is good to hear. Ottawa office seems surprisingly slow (considering that's where the federal government is sitting). Good to see movement still. May I just ask to share your interview experience with us ? Questions asked, that sort of thing.

Finally got AOR today

Received_01 Dec 24
Returned Feb 19
Received_02 Feb 25
AOR April 17

I don't know whether to use the Feb 25 as received date in order not to mislead the averages. I will leave it to the admin's opinion.

quick advise needed : My wife submitted her citizenship application in Ottawa downtown which was received on December 04th 2018 and it's in progress since Feb 11th 2019. I do see that people from sheet getting exam dates but i was not so confident, don't know why.

I am planning for a vacation next month to back home, is it a good idea to wait for couple of months to finish the exam or should i go vacation and ask for a new date in case if she gets an exam. Totally confused and not sure how long it's taking in Ottawa downtown. Please advise...

It is up to you and your decision, we had the same dilemma and decided to wait for the citizenship and fly on Canadian passports.
For Ottawa, try to look by location in spreadsheet.
