they checked dates of exit and entry on my passport... well I mentioned and I passed all steps. in my case i went US many times

My question is what to mention when you are working in big company - where there is HR department not individual person? Should I mention HR department and contact info for that department.

How would you know in multinational company, where HR department is divided and supporting from different country.
Well I have sent my application with only mentioning HR department and attaching Employment Verification letter from HR office, Lets see how does it go!

I just checked my application again. I made a mistake on question 6. List all the names that i have used. i forgot to write my only name that i have used all my life as name at birth. is it a blunder mistake . Will my application be returned back É

It should be fine, help on question 6 says: "If you used any other names other than the one being requested in your grant of citizenship application, print them in the chart.". No need to print there any names if you haven't changed it.
