It likely means that something you have said contradicts information in your application elsewhere OR you have not provided evidence of something.

For example, I claimed points for my brother in law as sibling in Canada but they removed my wife from my application. I got an ADR for family information because they couldn't see how I claimed relative in Canada.

Try to think what details might be missing from your application in relation to the other information sent. Perhaps a passport stamp for a trip you didn't mention or vice versa.

It could also just be that the information you sent was unclear to the primary officer and they want you to clarify
What I could gauge from the application is that in my trip to Europe my port of entry was Amsterdam and port of exit was Paris and I also travelled to Switzerland during my trip. However, the information in the profile submitted said only Amsterdam and number of days stayed.

Please suggest if I should break it country wise along with the dates?

I'm heavily disappointed with the system overall.

You see applicants from previous months, many of them without an answer. A quick browse can show you applicants from April 2018 and so on.

You raise a CSE and do not get a reply.

You request GCMS notes and do not receive in the 31-day mark.

Email ATIP and receive a message back that they are experiencing issues.

And you got to your application to useless UI details, icons and a progress bar that does not say anything.

Impossible to get an update inside your profile (what would be extremely reasonable) instead of waiting 40 minutes on a queue to beg information for an agent that is probably pissed off with the number of calls.

It would be fair to adjust the timeline for reality and to provide applicants more visibility about the real progress instead of working on UI details that do not contribute at all.

I still have 14 days for my final deadline but I am 100% sure that will be delayed.

For those that will suggest me to order notes I already did (3 times) and just received the first one.

No words to express disappointment with all communication tools with problems (CSE, ATIP (GCMS NOTES), and the call center that I will only use again after I cross the 180-day mark).
Absolutely! There is a lot that should be done to make the process better. However, hang in there. I received nothing till 16 days were left (MEP only) and then suddenly entered IP2 and received an ADR in a week after that. Your application will move fast very soon. Hang in there!
