Moving to IP2.. moreover, eligibility is MET.. plus, as per current trend, US - FSW-O candidates are getting PPR very quickly..!!
So, you have very good chance of getting PPR soon..!!!

On the other hand, I have been reading that INDIAN FSW-O have to wait for at least 5 months which is very slow as compared to other FSW-O ..
As much as I appreciate it, I think it's a bit premature to be congratulating me on a simple status update. ;)

Let's save the champagne for PPR. Haha.

I would refrain from making such statements without anything to substantiate them. I doubt there is enough evidence to confirm the wait is atleast 5 months.

I'd still say it is subject to a case by case basis.
However, I am an Indian living in the USA. So I don't know what to expect, haha

About calling CIC, are there opening hours mentioned anywhere?
8-4 Canada time in all time zones officially. So basically 12 hours during the day.

How do you copy paste these pictures on to the comment box. I tried but didn't happen for me
You upload the image somewhere like Imgur and then use the image tool in the forum editor to insert that image.

I use the screenshot tool in MacOS and ShareX in Windows to copy a region to the clipboard and then paste it into Imgur.com.

Looks like that went into the 5-8-5 territory!
i'm on 2 syllables on wednesday so i think he got it right , b
Follow up to this; I never received a further email mentioning the application being transferred anywhere, however, the email you're talking about does sound like the email my wife received with the same kind of tracking number. She was applying for a PRTD and sent a whole application through VFS (hence getting an ID number from them). Personally I've had no such email, but my application with CEC did update correctly.
Thanks! in the meantime i got 2 more of those emails, but someone else on the forum told me they got the same mails and at the VFS centre they told him it would happen... so apparently normal... My application status on IRCC still shows "action required" even though the biometrics appear clearly on my application but another person was in the same situation and told me it was normal (though it probably means nobody is working on my file at the moment and hence the status is not updated :-( )... back to waiting ....
