Received 2nd remedical request today. Is it a world record? Has anyone done remedical multiple times? I still remember how excited I was when I had received remedical request in Feb 2020. Now, I feel nothing, just thinking whether IRCC is trying torment me for another year.

Dont worry at all.

I have already done medical twice. Everything is approved and Copr issued as per gcms in Sep 2020.
If it wasn't for the second wave, we would have received ppr by now (Speaking about India).
Its 2 years and 6 months now... And its not a world record ... There are still many on the same boat.
I think we will have to wait till 2022 mid to land. Until then, just Survive....

Dear Members,

After completing my 2nd remedical on last Saturday (29.05.2021) I received following query from IRCC –

"Client Information: Please provide explanation if your spouse and child are accompanying.

Client Information: Please provide updated medical examination.

These must be received at this office by: 2021/07/01."

• Now, when I applied for PR I declared my wife and child as not accompanying. Then why are they asking for explanation if my spouse and child are accompanying?
• I’ve already completed my 2nd remedical, and my account is showing that I’ve already passed medical test on 31st may 2021. Then what are they asking for?

Any help will be highly appreciated. Pls pardon me if my questions are too stupid, you brain becomes foggy after 2+ years wait.

Just curious: why are they not accompanying? You're going to just live in another country without them?

Many folks did that to increase CSR score to clear cut off for invitation rounds

Because they can ask for clarification if they didn't like your original explanation. Just send in the explanation

But Canada surely knows you will apply to bring them soon after.

I've been asked to upload some additional documents. But in my CIC account I don't find any place/option to upload the files. I just have a list of files i've previously uploaded, no placeholder for uploading a new file. What can I do in this situation? Shall I upload using webform?

AFAIK that's always a web form upload.

But last time i've been asked to upload ADR, I had a placeholder enabled in my account!

Understood. I never had ADRs, but back then people always said web form. Maybe things have changed. I had AOR of December 2018 and PPR in March 2019.
