Can someone please provide any information regarding the above query ??Hi everyone... I have a question... on my CoPR form my visa validity is till 11 Nov 2019 and I received it from NDVO . My questions are :
1. Can I enter Canada from US rather than India .
2. Can I request for extending my visa ?
Please can anyone provide any insight on this ?
Hi there, congrats again for the visa. You can enter to canada from any airport/border entry point and through any transit country, USA in you case wont be a problem. But you should land within the visa validity period, if you cant land during the validity period then you should check with IRCC but I am not confident they extend it...you can do a soft landing if you wish during the validity period for not losing you visa then with your PR you can come back anytime later on.Can someone please provide any information regarding the above query ??
@derkdsou @USProgrammer @Pura Vida ???? Anyone ????
Thanks in advance
Normally, I would say what you have provided is sufficient. But since you provided all this already I think in addition try to provide all payslips which cover a 12 month period. You provided 6 months already just add 6 months more and provide 12 months continuous payslips.1. The VO is not satisfied that I have atleast 1 year continuous full time paid employment period and I was unable to provide any secondary corroborating evidence of this employment. (What more evidences should I provide to VO that he will be satisfied that I have at least 1 year continuous employment period which I do have (if we eliminated 1 year unpaid leave from my employment record) i.e. from July 2014 till 15 august 2015 and from October 2016 till October 2017. Although with the previous ADR concerns, I did provide last 6 months’ salary slips, appointment letter, long-term unpaid leave verification letter from employer)
Honestly, It was on an omission on the application. However, it should not impact your current application. Did you mention your masters on the visitor visa application? Did visitor visa application also have separate section for work experience and education? (I have never filed one so don't know if it is similar to PR application). Just give your answer honestly and hope the visa officer is convinced. May be provide education documents and work documents for this period again. Mention that your intention was not omitting this detail and you do have sufficient proof that you were in fact employed at this time.2. Employment period prior to August 2015 in the Temporary Visit Visa application was not declared. (In my defense for not mentioning the employment period at that time is because I was doing my Master’s degree (September 2013 till August 2015) at that time and completed it in August 2015. I was not aware about the Canadian law whether they accept work experience during studies or not. Due to this reason I failed to mention my employment period prior to August 2015.)
Yes thats right but since april actuallyDid u guys noticed that IRCC has asked the same set of documents from many people within the month of july.. cv,schedule A and supplementary info form

1. No impactHi guys,
I have couple of queries.
1. My PCC is valid till 12th November 2019 only. However, I will land in Canada around 21st November. Will that create any issue? and if yes, do I have to upload new PCC to anywhere or inform IRCC about the same?
2. My passport is getting expired in 6 months and I'm re-issuing it so it will have new number and PCC is of previous passport number. What should be done in this case?
3. Can I book ticket using existing passport of should I wait till I get new one before booking tickets ?
@USProgrammer @legalfalcon @cansha @derkdsou @Pura Vida - can you plz help me ?
1. No impact
2. Nothing needs to be done
3. Where do you need to give passport number to buy a ticket ?
