It should not effect your pr depending on your circumstances from 2012 but don't hide any details ,if asked provide letters but they won't ask you ,they will find the reasons themselves . You will probably be asked to submit a schedule A form later if you said yes to this question . Don't sweat...

My case is similar to yours ! Did you get a review on the additional documents or yet to be reviewed by the visa officer ? Its been a month for me no update/pending review for adr .

I was in Edmonton too ,but when its shifted to senior officer its most probably the local visa office . My eligibility is recommended pass yes not completely passed .
